DAY TWENTY-NINE
I had a good day again today, plus I managed to fit in a decent walk around my suburb after work. I can't wait for Winter to pass, it's just so depressing going for a walk when it's almost pitch black at 6pm!
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Zucchini and leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Vegetable stir fry (cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower with ginger, garlic and low salt soy sauce)
After dinner: final shake
Drinks: green tea, water
Exercise:
I went for a good 40 minute power walk around my suburb, including a few stints of jogging.
I'm finding winter harder and harder to deal with as we get further. It's so depressing, isn't it. At least we're nearly half way through now... *counting the days* lol.
