Day Thirty-Two

DAY THIRTY-TWO

I had a bit of a mixed day today. My food intake wasn't 100%, but it wasn't terrible. If it's any compensation for my less than perfect food choices I went for a big power walk around my suburb.

I have to admit I had one of those days where I just wanted to snack. To try and combat this I cooked up some oopsie rolls and a "french onion dip" (which is basically, cottage cheese, onion, salt and pepper). These recipes are definitely not part of the optifast program, but are both low in carbs and calories, which makes them good choices for the times I feel I need something else to eat.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Snack: Tony ferguson french onion dip, with cos lettuce to dip (I didn't have any carrots / celery)
Lunch: Optifast chocolate bar
Dinner: 1 Sanitarium soy burger with salad, 2 oopsie rolls
Drinks: water, diet coke


Exercise:

40 minutes power walk around my neighbourhood.
