Terrible terrible terrible day... I ate far too much food. I really don't know how people manage to balance entertaining with being on this diet. In any event, read below for all my shameful intake.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Morning: 1 oopsie roll
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Grainwaves chips, 1 shandy (half a pure blone beer, topped with lemonade)
Evening: French onion dip, guacamole, carrot and celery sticks, vita weats crackers
Dinner: Teriyaki tofu set, including miso soup, salad, sweet potato tempura, rice (I only ate a little). Plus about 3 glasses of wine.
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk)
Exercise:
Does anyone actually exercise when they have a blow out like this?
