I just had to share my excitement about the bargain I managed to pick up yesterday!
The one thing that I find stings about this program is the price, it means I have to do some serious budgeting to make sure it fit within my lifestyle. I often check out different chemists to make sure I'm getting my products for the best price.
Don't get me wrong, the results are worth it, but I generally try to stick to the shakes (being the cheapest option at about $2 each).
In any case, yesterday I wandered into a pharmacy near work to check out their discount table. They had a heap of old make-up marked down to $2 or $5 and some Kate Morgan shakes for $2 per shake. Then I happened to notice one lonely packet of Optifast bars.
They didn't have a price on them, so I went to the counter and asked. They cost me $2 for the whole packet!!!! I couldn't believe it. They are chocolate flavour (which isn't my favourite) and expire in a month's time, but who cares for $2?!?!
Before you asked, I already went back and checked - there weren't any more packets available. I think it may have been a mistake, but is definitely helps my finances for this week!
