DAY FORTY-TWO
Things were good once again today, I ate well and managed to get to the gym. And this officially marks my half-way point through my challenge! I really hope I can achieve a loss of at least 0.9 kg - which would bring my total to 6kg in 6 weeks.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate bar
Dinner: Cauliflower croquettes and a side salad.
Evening: one oopsie roll
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk)
Exercise:
20 minutes on the cross trainer, followed by a 10 minutes rotating between the weight machines.
