Day 57

DAY FIFTY-SEVEN

Another good day, hopefully I can manage to restrain myself this weekend!

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: cauliflower and leek soup (omg this recipe is fantastic - try it!)
Afternoon: Optifast berry bar
Dinner: more cauli and leek soup, plus a little bit of cabbage and onion
Evening: Optifast chocolate shake
Drinks: water, black tea (milk)

Exercise:

10 minutes on the exercise bike to warm up. 22 minutes on the treadmill - intervals alternating between walking at 6.5km/hr and jogging at 8.5km/hr (approx 13 minutes of jogging). I managed to surprise myself and fit in a couple of "long" (well for me) intervals of jogging - 4 minutes and 5 mins 20 secs respectively.
