Whoops, sorry I'm a bit late on posting yesterday's food intake. I was pretty good, but not perfect. I was cooking up a big batch of food because I'm having some friends over this weekend, so I was a bit of a picker while cooking. Not that it was bad food - I chopped up celery and carrot sticks and made my french onion dip (onions and cottage cheese).
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Morning: 1 oopsie roll
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake and a few veggies
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate bar
Dinner: Vegetable stir fry
Evening: Diet jelly
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk)
Extras: veggie sticks, cottage cheese dip, roast capsicum relish (homemade)
Exercise:
Nothing today.
