Finally, I have had a perfect day!!! Hallelujah!!! After the past weekend I wasn't sure I could get myself back into routine. Fortunately, I managed to eat perfectly today. (OK, I might have a little bit of milk in my tea, but it's a luxury that gets me through!)
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Morning tea: Optifast cappuccino bar
Lunch: steamed veggies and Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: cauliflower croquettes and salad
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk)
Exercise:
I went to a Zumba class tonight. I'm not sure I work as hard as I do when I'm at the gym, but it was a fun hour of exercise.
