DAY FORTY-SEVEN
Ugh, the carb-cravings are still persisting after my naughty weekend. I ate a couple of biscuits on top of my usual intake.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Morning tea: Optifast cappuccino bar
Lunch: steamed veggies and Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Ratatouille and side salad
Naughties: 2 kingston biccies
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk)
Exercise:
I took my parents' dog for a walk (30 mins) and then did some push-ups, burpees and hand-weights while watching Masterchef.
