DAY THIRTY-FOUR
Another good day today. I had to run errands after work, so I didn't get a chance to make it to the gym. On the upside I made an absolutely massive pot of ratatouille, so after eating one serve for dinner I've put another 3 serves away in the freezer for future meals. Yum!
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Snack: One oopsie rolls with a scrape of light philly cream cheese
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Vegetable ratatouille (onion, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, roast capsicum, tinned tomatoes and mixed herbs)
Evening: final shake
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (splash of milk)
Exercise:
Just my usual lunch time walk.
