Day Thirty-One

DAY THIRTY-ONE

I thought I would do a quick update for today while I had the chance. Things have been good so far and I'm planning on a light dinner.

I went for brekkie with friends this morning, as opposed to succumbing to eggs and toast (like last week) I just had a skinny cappuccino and saved my shake for later in the morning.

Food:

Breakfast: Skinny cap
Morning: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast chocolate bar
Afternoon: Optifast cappuccino bar
Dinner: Yet to have (will edit later)
Drinks: ginger tea, water, coffee

Exercise:


Lots of walking.
