Day Thirty-Five

DAY THIRTY-FIVE

Day thirty-what?!? I can't believe I'm already 5 weeks in of my 12 week challenge. And even better, despite a few minor hiccups along the way, I think I'm doing pretty darn well. I really hope I have a loss for my weigh-in tomorrow... even if it's just 500g, because that would take me to 5kg in 5 weeks which I think is a pretty decent effort.

I managed to resist both the cake and the tim tams that were on offer today (I think I deserve a medal for my efforts), plus I went to the gym! That is an absolutely perfect day in my books.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Snack: One oopsie rolls with a scrape of light philly cream cheese
Lunch: A few steamed veggies
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Vegetable ratatouille (onion, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, roast capsicum, tinned tomatoes and mixed herbs)
Evening: Optifast berry crunch bar (my first one and can I say yum! I will definitely be buying these babies again!)
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (splash of milk), ginger tea


Exercise:

I started with a 22 minute interval session on the cross trainer (alternating between levels 5 and 8). I can assure you I was a wreck once that was over! Then I spent 15 minutes doing some push-ups and medicine ball exercises. I know it probably sounds like I'm slacking off when I do push-up's etc. But I can assure you, my heart rate is still up there and I'm panting away - can you tell I'm pretty unfit?
