Day Thirty-Six

DAY THIRTY-SIX

Just a quick post to update on today. Things were all good food wise, didn't manage to get to the gym though

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: A few steamed veggies and optifast shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Grilled zucchini, capsicum and eggplant (topped with a little balsamic vinegar) and a side salad.
Evening: Diet jelly
Drinks: water, black tea (splash of milk)
