DAY FIFTY-SIX

Things were good again today.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: zucchini and leek soup and optifast berry bar
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: vegetable ratatouille
Drinks: water, black tea (milk)

Exercise:

20 mins on the cross trainer.
