Days Thirty-Eight and Thirty-Nine

DAY THIRTY-EIGHT

Sorry, was busy this weekend and have got a little behind in my food record! Things were much better after my blow out on Friday night.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast cappuccino bar
Lunch: Vegetable fritatta and salad
Dinner: Shake, carrot and celery sticks and cottage cheese
Drinks: water, skinny cappuccino


Exercise:

Nil

DAY THIRTY-NINE

Very good today food-wise. I didn't manage to squeeze any exercise in per se. However, I spent hours cleaning my house. So I personally thing that counts!

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast berry bar
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake, roast cauliflower topped with Cajun seasoning
Dinner: Mushrooms, onion, garlic and spinach, cooked with a lttle light philly and balsamic.
Drinks: water, skinny cappuccino


Exercise:

Cleaning the house!
