Day 55

DAY FIFTY-FIVE

Putting all the issues aside that I have going on in my personal life, I'm feeling pretty good. Managed to eat well today and exercise.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: zucchini and leek soup and optifast cappuccino bar
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: broccolini and a salad
Drinks: water, black tea (milk)

Exercise:

Zumba for an hour.
