Day Thirty

DAY THIRTY

Oh weekends... I don't know how anyone gets through while on a shake program. To celebrate the start of the new financial year we had cake at work... it was sooo good. Then, after saying no to after work drinks, I succumbed to a few glasses of red wine with dinner.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Morning tea: Lemon sponge cake (1 small piece)
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Tofu and vegetable stir fry (with a chili and ginger sauce)
Drinks: green tea, water, ginger tea, red wine (3 glasses! Whoops!)

Exercise:

Nada.
