Day Forty-Nine

DAY FORTY-NINE

Another good day today.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: zucchini and leek soup and Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast berry bar
Dinner: coleslaw style salad (cabbage, onion, capsicum etc)
Drinks: water, green tea, black tea (milk), skinny flat white

Exercise:

Quick 20 minute session at the gym - intervals on the cross trainer.
