Day Thirty-Seven

DAY THIRTY-SEVEN

Today was down right terrible. It all started at Friday night drinks with a glass of shandy, some chips and bicces and descended into madness when I went out for dinner. Tomorrow is a new day so I'm back on track.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: A few steamed veggies and optifast shake
Afternoon: Grain waves chips, 2 kingston biccies and a shandy
Dinner: Went to a tapas restaurant - had various bits and pieces including mountain bread, eggplant fritters, roasted mushrooms, spanish doughnuts and ice cream, a glass of red.
Drinks: water, black tea (splash of milk)
