Day Fifty-Eight

DAY FIFTY-EIGHT

Ahh weekends, why must you exist. I wasn't terrible, but I wasn't on plan.

I had dinner with some friends at a Thai restaurant, so in anticipation I made sure to only have 2 optifast products for the day.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: cauliflower and leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast berry bar
Dinner: shared a few meals with friends including - pad thai, green curry, a little bit of rice and spring rolls
Drinks: water, black tea (milk), bubble tea

Exercise:

None.
