Day 54

DAY FIFTY-FOUR

I'm back on track after a terrible weekend. Ate perfectly today, thank god!

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: zucchini and leek soup and optifast berry bar
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: cabbage and onion (cooked down with olive oil, salt and pepper), green salad
Drinks: water, black tea (milk)

Exercise:

Took my parents' dog for a walk.
