Day Twenty-Eight

DAY TWENTY-EIGHT

Just a quick update for yesterday's food intake, things were pretty good. Although I snuck a few of my friend's chips when I went out for dinner... bad me!

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Zucchini and leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Mushroom, feta and rocket salad, plus some hot chips
Drinks: green tea, water

I only had 2 shakes today on account of the fact that I went out for dinner.

Exercise:

No planned exercise, just the usual incidental walking to the shops / dinner etc.
