DAY FIFTY-NINE

Another day done and dusted.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: vegetable frittata and salad
Afternoon: Optifast cappuccino bar
Dinner: cauliflower and leek soup, cabbage
Drinks: water, skinny cappuccino


Exercise:

Went shopping... lots of walking counts, right?
