Well I have to admit I'm disappointed with my result this week. I'm down to 92.1kg, a measly loss of 200 grams for the week.
If I'm being completely honest I didn't stick to the program 100%. I had quite a few extras over the week such as oopsie rolls, popcorn and some cheese. I think I need to refocus this week and hopefully I'll get a better result this week.
