Day Nineteen

DAY NINETEEN

Just a quick post today, things were good for me. Although I was a little naughty and had a tiny bit of feta in my salad tonight (shh, don't tell anyone).

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Third shake
Dinner: Salad topped with Paul Newman's light balsamic dressing and cauliflower croquettes
Drinks: green tea, ginger tea, water

Exercise:

I think I'm getting a bit naughty, "resting my shins" has turned into me breaking my good habits! I will go to the gym tomorrow, even if it's just for a light session, no ifs or buts about it!
