Day Fourteen

DAY FOURTEEN

Day 14, that officially means I've got through two weeks relatively unscathed. Things were all good again for me today. How boring! I think I need to mess up just to I have something to blog about!

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Zucchini and leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Curried cauliflower croquettes and salad
Yet to have: Final shake, jelly (possibly)
Liquids: water, green tea (4 cups)

Exercise:

I started with 20 minutes on a variety of weights machines and finished up with 20 minutes on the recumbant bike. On the bike I started with a warm up for 5 minutes (level 3) and then alternated minute by minute from level 5 (cycling fast) and level 3 (normal pace).
