DAY TWENTY-FIVE
Things were pretty good today after my terrible start to the weekend. I'll admit I had a skinny cappuccino with one sugar today... but in comparison to the carbs I ate on Friday and Saturday, I think this is a much better option!
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch:Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate bar
Dinner: Cauliflower croquettes and salad
Drinks: ginger tea, water, skinny cap
Exercise:
Nil.
