Day Twenty-Six

DAY TWENTY-SIX

I think I've lost my mojo a little bit this week! I'm not sure what to do to get it back again... maybe I should read over my first week when I was feeling super motivated. I was visiting my parents' tonight and succumbed to a small piece of apple and rhubarb crumble :(

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch:Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Cauliflower croquettes and salad
Dessert: Apple and rhubarb crumble (bad bad bad!!!)
Drinks: green tea, water, skinny flat white

Exercise:

Nil.
