DAY SIXTEEN
Not so perfect for me in the house of 84, what is it with me and Friday's? Obviously I'm in a bad habit of celebrating the end of the work week with food. I don't think the damage was too bad - I had a small bowl of wasabi peas and some little rice crackers at after work drinks. I managed to say no to alcoholic beverages and instead had a couple of glasses of diet tonic water.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: naughty snack - wasabi peas and rice crackers.
Dinner: Planned meal out - vegetable and tofu stir fry with a ginger soy sauce (due to the protein in the meal, I chose not to have my third shake today).
Liquids: green tea, ginger tea, water, tonic water and a diet coke.
Exercise:
Nada. But Friday's are an off day for me.
