DAY SEVENTY
Good on the food run today, but I was naughty and didn't go to the gym. In my defence my shin splints are playing up again, so I don't think it will hurt me to give them a rest.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Cauliflower and leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: salad, cabbage and leek
Drinks: water, tea
Exercise:
None.
