DAY SIXTY-EIGHT
I could have done some more exercise today. But otherwise things were good today.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: cauliflower croquettes and cabbage
Evening: diet jelly
Drinks: water, tea
Exercise:
10 minutes on the exercise bike to warm up followed by 20 minutes on the cross trainer.
