DAY SIXTY-SEVEN
I went for a walk with a friend and had brekkie after. Things weren't perfect, but I did well in the circumstances.
Food:
Breakfast: Yoghurt with raspberries and nuts
Lunch: Optifast cappuccino bar
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: notatoes and veggie ratatouille
Evening: diet jelly
Drinks: water, tea, diet tonic water
