Day Sixty-Two

DAY SIXTY-TWO

Things were perfect today - I didn't feel hungry at all and ate what I was meant to. Why can't every day be like this?

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast cappuccino bar and small bowl of cauli/leek soup
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Cauliflower and leek soup and a salad
Drinks: water, black tea (light milk)

Exercise:

I went to a Zumba class tonight - so that's another hour of booty shaking action for the week.
