Oh my god, 64 days are over. That means I only have 20 days left of my personal challenge! Ahhh!!! I can't believe how quickly this time has passed.
I had a really good day today. After my low loss last week I've decided to try and cut out caffeine (I've been drinking quite a bit of tea and coffee lately) to see if that helps me lose this weight.
Food:
Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast cappuccino bar
Afternoon: Optifast chocolate shake
Dinner: Salad - lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado and olives
Drinks: water, herbal (caffeine free) tea
Exercise:
About 45 minutes at the gym. 22 minutes on the cross trainer, 12 minutes on the exercise bike and about 10 mins on the floor doing push-ups and medicine ball exercises.
