Day Sixty

DAY SIXTY

Ugh, family events. What is it about these occasions that makes me want to gorge myself to death... I'll blame it on all the hard to handle aunties

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast chocolate shake
Lunch: Optifast cappuccino bar and salad
Afternoon: bad bad food - cake, slices and almonds
Dinner: Optifast chocolate shake
Drinks: water, skinny cappuccino

Exercise:

1 hour at the gym - exercise bike, cross trainer and floor exercises.
