Day Sixty-Six

DAY SIXTY-SIX

Not 100%, not terrible. Damn life.

Food:

Breakfast: Optifast cappuccino bar
Lunch: Optifast chocolate shake, cabbage and onion
Dinner: chicken ceasar salad, 2 glasses of bubbles
Drinks: water, 2 skinny caps

Exercise:

1 hour at the gym - 30 minutes on the cross trainer, 30 minutes on the treadmill.
